The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law to amend the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Proceedings regarding Strengthening of Responsibility for certain Law Infringements" with consideration of proposals by the President of Ukraine

The law strengthens administrative responsibility for the violation of rules and order of treatment of special tools of active defense aimed at injury of other person or infliction of pain shock.

The law takes into consideration a number of proposals of the President of Ukraine.

The respective bill was registered under No. 7483.
